Contains Vitamin E and Kakadu Plum Extract. How to use Directions for use: Apply liberally at least 5 g (one teaspoon) for each limb, front and back of the body and half that for the face, neck and ears 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours and always after swimming, sweating and towel drying.
